Return and Exchange of Goods
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the original purchase and should be clearly labeled with your contact details in case we need to reach you.

How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Us: Before returning the goods, please contact our Customer Service Team via our contact us page. We will assist you with the return process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. Return Instructions: After your return is evaluated and accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping Costs
You may be responsible for the cost of returning the goods if the return is due to a change of mind or exchange. However, we’ll send you the new exchange item free of charge.

Exceptions to Our Return Policy
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
* Non-Returnable Items: Items that are used, altered, washed, damaged, or missing the original packaging are non-returnable.
* Custom and Personalized Items: Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
* Perishable Goods: Items that are perishable or have an expiration date.
* Health and Hygiene: Items not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
* Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Our Discretion

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
